Rubber Kneader is used in rubber and plastic processing industry – Kneader. It is mainly used for mixing, kneading and dispersing natural rubber, synthetic rubber, recycled rubber and plastics, foamed plastics, etc., and is adapted to mixing a wide range of low-viscosity materials. The equipment helps to improve material properties, resulting in homogeneous, high-quality mixtures with specific desired properties for the production of polymeric materials such as elastomers and thermoplastics. The equipment plays a vital role in achieving uniform dispersion of fillers, colours and other additives in rubber compounds.
